Complete Benchtop Repair Capability
Designed for circuit-board repair and manufacturing environments, the SMD-2000M supports both surface-mount and plated-through-hole work. Its broad tool selection allows technicians to move between component reflow, solder removal, soldering, thermal removal, and component placement without assembling separate stations.
Hot-Air Reflow and Desoldering
The standard package includes an SMD hot-air jet reflow tool and an anti-static EX-1700 sensor desolder handpiece. Together, they provide dedicated tools for surface-mount heating and controlled solder extraction.
Precision Component Handling
Resistive tweezers with tips and a thermal parting unit expand the system's component-removal capabilities. The included SMD vacuum pick-and-place tool supports accurate handling and positioning of small components.
Organized Hands-Free Workflow
A dual holder assembly keeps working tools organized, while the electric foot pedal provides convenient hands-free activation. Cleaning equipment, manuals, a cushion-grip extractor, and the 220V power cord complete the package.
