RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MERCHANDISE & WARRANTIES

It is our policy to sell only high quality products and merchandise and to warrant such for twelve (12) months from purchase date, excluding consumables and Solder Extractor Heater Assemblies or as otherwise stated:

Purchaser shall be responsible for all transportation and insurance costs to and from SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy, Miami, FL, USA. , Tampa, FL USA, or San Deigo, CA, USA

Purchaser shall provide proof of purchase date to obtain warranty repair from SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy,

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether the merchandise complies with requirements based upon the intended use of the goods.

SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy, and shall not be liable for any consequential damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of or inability to use goods sold SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy, and. or for labor, repairs, or other expenses incident to removing any defective merchandise or procuring and installing a replacement.

The maximum liability, if any, SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy, and from any cause shall be limited to the original cost of any defective item of merchandise sold by SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy,. Furthermore SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy, hereby reserves the right to repair or replace any such defective merchandise solely at its option.  This written warranty supersedes any and all verbal or implied warranties and may not be altered or amended without the express written consent of SiMia Federal Services, SiMia.Navy,
