APE Flo-Master II 220V Rework Station
The APE Flo-Master II is a professional SMT and BGA rework station for small to medium PCB assemblies that require controlled thermal profiling and powerful whole-board preheating.
A 1,200W upper convection heater and 2,400W bottom panel preheater provide 3,600W of combined heating power. Fuzzy-logic PID control and a large 14 × 16-inch board holder support repeatable lead-free and conventional PCB repair.

3,600W Combined Rework Power
The Flo-Master II combines a 1,200W upper convection heater with a 2,400W bottom panel preheater. This balanced heating configuration reproduces the controlled temperature environment used during original PCB manufacturing and supports demanding SMT and BGA applications.
2,400W Panel Bottom Preheater
The integrated panel preheater applies broad, controlled heat beneath the assembly. Preheating reduces temperature differences across the PCB, limits thermal stress, and supports the higher reflow temperatures required by lead-free solder.
Profile Temperature Control
Fuzzy-logic PID control and automatic timed operation help operators establish consistent rework cycles. Temperature is selectable in Fahrenheit or Celsius for convenient process setup and monitoring.
Large-Board Handling
The included 14 × 16-inch frame board holder provides stable support for a wide range of PCB assemblies, while the internal blower and vacuum pump keep the workstation self-contained.
