Two Rework Functions in One Station

The EX-755 supports critical-temperature, high-capacity production soldering alongside controlled installation and removal of small SOIC and PLCC components. It is designed for work on both surface-mount and through-hole assemblies.

Digital Temperature Control

A programmable digital controller regulates the soldering iron temperature and provides a continuous LED display of the operating temperature. The soldering iron and tweezer each have a settable range of 450°F to 900°F.

Controlled SMT Removal and Installation

The thermal tweezer supplies controlled heat for solder reflow followed by rapid cooldown. This controlled process helps limit thermal shock, unwanted heating, and crystallization of nearby solder joints.

Production-Ready Benchtop Package

The system includes the digital power supply, sensor-control soldering-iron holder, integral cleaning station, tweezer equipment, cleaning brushes, and operating manual needed for an organized professional workstation.
