The EX-750 is a professional surface-mount and conventional component repair station combining digital soldering, powered desoldering, hot-air jet reflow, and thermal tweezer capability. Closed-loop temperature control and a self-contained vacuum pump support demanding electronics repair and manufacturing work.

Four Essential Rework Functions

The EX-750 brings together a sensor-controlled soldering iron, EX-1700 desoldering handpiece, hot-air jet reflow tool, and thermal Quad Pack tweezer. The combined package supports through-hole components, conventional soldering, and controlled surface-mount rework from one workstation.

Programmable Digital Control

Two programmable digital controllers provide responsive closed-loop regulation with LED readouts for set and operating temperatures. The extractor and soldering iron have a settable range of 450°F to 900°F with listed idle stability of ±2°F.

Instant-Rise Vacuum Desoldering

A self-contained instant-rise vacuum pump powers the EX-1700 desoldering handpiece. The stop-clog filtration system removes flux fumes and foreign material before they can contaminate the internal pump.

Protection for Sensitive Assemblies

Zero-voltage thyristor control is designed to prevent high-voltage spikes and magnetic fields at the soldering and desoldering tips. Targeted thermal-tweezer heating directs energy to component leads while reducing unwanted heat exposure to adjacent components and the circuit board.
