Compact benchtop smoke absorber designed to remove flux fumes from the soldering workbench. Its activated-carbon filter and approximately 105 CFM airflow make it well suited to workspaces using the more active fluxes associated with lead-free soldering.

Localized Flux-Fume Absorption

The 17701 draws soldering fumes through an activated-carbon filter to help keep the immediate work area more comfortable. One set of filters is included, allowing the unit to be placed into service without purchasing the initial filter separately.

Its quiet fan minimizes added workspace noise, while the stand allows the absorber angle to be adjusted toward the soldering area.
