APE No-Clean Rework Flux Paste is designed for precise PCB repair, rework, and assembly. Its tacky gel consistency stays where it is placed, supports wetting on common solderable surfaces, and helps produce smooth, reliable solder joints while reducing bridging, voids, and other rework defects.

Use it for BGA rework, fine-pitch SMD and QFN soldering, connector work, and PCB touch-up. It works with lead-free and tin-lead solder alloys.

The no-clean formula leaves a clear, low-residue film described as nonconductive and noncorrosive, so cleaning is generally unnecessary. For high-reliability or RF work, or where appearance matters, residue can be removed with a standard flux cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
