APE Flo-Master Z 220V Rework Station
The APE Flo-Master Z is a professional SMT and BGA rework station for small to medium PCB assemblies that require controlled temperature profiling, accurate board positioning, and integrated preheating.
A 1,200W convection reflow heater and 1,200W bottom preheater provide 2,400W of combined heating power, while the integrated X-Y table and 2-inch Z-axis reflow arm support accurate positioning.

Integrated Linear X-Y Table
The incorporated linear X-Y table allows the PCB to move smoothly beneath the reflow head. It supports multiple board-holder configurations and provides controlled positioning for component removal and installation.
Two-Inch Z-Axis Reflow Arm
The reflow arm provides two inches of vertical travel, allowing the operator to position the selected nozzle over a wide range of BGA and SMT component sizes.
Convection Heating and Bottom Preheat
The 1,200W upper convection heater works with an APE 1,200W bottom preheater to reproduce a controlled production-oven-style environment. Balanced heating helps reduce thermal stress and supports higher-temperature lead-free processes.
Timed Profile Temperature Control
Fuzzy-logic PID control, selectable Fahrenheit or Celsius display, and automatic timed operation provide a repeatable thermal process for professional PCB repair and production-support applications.
