APE Flo-Master ZP 120V SMD Rework System
The APE Flo-Master SMD-5000-ZP is a professional convection rework and repair system for small to medium PCB assemblies, including BGA and other surface-mount components that require controlled thermal profiling.
This 120V system combines automatic timed process control, a 1,200W bottom heater, a 7-inch panel preheater, and Z-axis positioning to support controlled, repeatable lead-free rework.

Convection Rework for Lead-Free Assemblies
High-power convection heating supports reflow at controlled oven-style temperatures. This approach helps deliver heat evenly to the target component while reducing the risk of excessive temperatures around adjacent components.
Seven-Inch Panel Preheat
The integrated panel-preheat section applies controlled heat beneath the board before and during rework. Bottom heating helps reduce thermal shock, supports more uniform solder-joint temperatures, and improves process control on demanding assemblies.
Z-Axis Component Positioning
The Z-axis assembly provides controlled vertical positioning of the reflow head over the PCB. Combined with the included 8 × 12-inch frame board holder, it supports accurate setup for a broad range of SMT and BGA packages.
Repeatable Profile Control
Fuzzy-logic PID control, selectable Fahrenheit or Celsius display, and automatic timed operation give technicians a consistent process for component removal, site preparation, and replacement.
