PRODUCT DATA

All information regarding strengths, proper working temperatures and service recommendations pertaining to goods in any AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES, INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES brochure or catalog is printed solely for the convenience of the customer. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of data. However, we assume no responsibility for this data unless a specific guarantee in writing is given at the time of sale.

PRICES

All prices are Net Industrial Prices. For larger quantities of any item please contact our sales Department for a quotation. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS

MINIMUM ORDER

Export-$250.00 per destination.

Domestic- $25.00 per destination.

Orders shall only be accepted by AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES, INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. with a recognizable Purchase Order number and can either be confirmed by telephone, fax, e-mail or mail, together with the name and telephone number of the individual responsible for the purchase.

Shipping and Invoice address details must be clearly stated and any discrepancy, from the original telephone order to any subsequent written confirmation is the responsibility of the Purchaser. A "Contract Acknowledgment" number should be requested by the Purchaser and a verbal confirmation of the order conducted prior to acceptance.

QUOTATIONS

It is strongly recommended that written quotations are requested prior to purchase and the quotation number acknowledged on any subsequent Purchase Order.

Taxes and transportation charges are additional.

FREIGHT POLICY

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Key Largo, FL, USA, or Medford, NY, USA. We utilize all major freight companies including UPS, Federal Express and common carrier. We will strive to accommodate any shipping request you may have, however if not specified, we will ship your order in the most economical way.

PAYMENT TERMS

…Domestic --Net 30 days on Rated Accounts.

…Export-Preferred method ... Advance Bank Transfer, all charges forward... Fee ... $50.00

…Irrevocable Letter of Credit, by arrangement only using AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES, INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES chosen forwarder, all charges are forward. The Processing Fee for LC is $150.00 exclusive of Bank Charges, and any freight and handling charges incurred. Please note that LC charges are expensive and not viable for small value shipments. We strongly suggest "Advance Bank Transfer" Agents please note, charges will be deducted from commissions if incurred. The appointed agent is responsible for stating the charges to the client.

Insurance, responsibility of Customer, unless quoted upon request.

EXPORT

Our export department will supply a Pro-Forma invoice for your needs upon request.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

All shipments are carefully packed and inspected at our warehouse prior to shipping, and every effort is made to ensure their safe arrival at your destination. Damage must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours to ensure that you receive proper compensation. AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. is not responsible for damage incurred in transit, however, our Customer Service Department will assist you in any way possible to ensure your satisfaction regarding any damaged merchandise purchased. All claims for incorrect shipments and/or shortages must be made within 10 days of shipping date,

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MERCHANDISE & WARRANTIES

It is our policy to sell only high-quality products and merchandise and to warrant such for twelve (12) months from purchase date, excluding consumables and Solder Extractor Heater Assemblies or as otherwise stated:

The purchaser shall be responsible for all transportation and insurance costs to and from AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corporation, Key Largo, FL, (USA), Wytheville, VA, (USA) or Medford, NY (USA).

The purchaser shall provide proof of purchase date to obtain warranty repair from A. P. E. Corp.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether the merchandise complies with requirements based upon the intended use of the goods.

AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. shall not be liable for any consequential damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of or inability to use goods sold by AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. or for labor, repairs, or other expenses incident to removing any defective merchandise or procuring and installing a replacement.

The maximum liability, if any, of AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp from any cause shall be limited to the original cost of any defective item of merchandise sold by AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. Furthermore, AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp hereby reserves the right to repair or replace any such defective merchandise solely at its option. This written warranty supersedes any and all verbal or implied warranties and may not be altered or amended without the express written consent of AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

AND RETURN OF GOODS

Orders may not be canceled, nor merchandise returned without consent from AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, A.P.E., INC., APE.COM. AND SIMIA FEDERAL SERVICES Corp. Special orders are subject to cancellation charges (100%) and we reserve the right to make a reasonable handling charge when an order has been correctly filled.

Goods returned because of our error will be replaced or credited without expense to the customer.

Returned merchandise subject to 50% re-stocking charge.
