Overview:
Vision Aids for Rework and Repair
A key ingredient to successful repair is for the solder joint to be observed non-destructively. A vision system of high quality allows for exterior observation for defect analysis of BGA mounting on substrates for preventing defects. Various and specific problems such as overheating, oxidation, air foam formation and there observation can be useful in reviewing temperature profiles. The use of this lens allows anybody to become a high-level engineer and to make precise exterior observations.
